How to use it
Copy the template
Click the link in your confirmation email to open the Google Sheet. Click File > Make a Copy to save it to your own Google Drive.
Set your minimum cash threshold
Enter the minimum cash balance you want to maintain in the Settings tab. This is what triggers the cash gap alert.
Enter this month and last month
Log your income and expenses for the current month and the previous month. This gives the forecast enough data to project forward.
Review your 90-day forecast
Check the Forecast tab to see your projected cash position. Red months need attention. Green months are safe.
Update weekly
